My Piercing Journey

I never expected a helping hand could shape a lifelong career, but destiny has a beautiful way of revealing your true path. My journey with Sam Tattoo India began as the studio’s very first staff member. Back then, it was just Sam working alone in a tiny, modest setup. I stepped in to handle the day-to-day operations managing calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping the studio running smoothly all while balancing my formal studies.

As I watched the studio grow, my curiosity shifted toward body piercing. At that time, the piercing landscape in India was vastly unorganized. Proper piercing studios did not exist. People commonly went to traditional local jewellers who relied on forceful, unhygienic gunshot or blunt, thick wire methods. There was no local mentor to teach professional techniques, so I took my education into my own hands. I spent countless nights studying international piercing masters on YouTube, learning the strict anatomy, angles, and safety protocols practiced globally.

To perfect my craft, I performed countless free piercings on brave friends and volunteers for practice. Every successful pierce fueled my passion. In 2019, our hard work culminated in a massive milestone: we relocated to our current large, premium studio with a state-of-the-art, aesthetic interior. Transitioning into this high-end space allowed me to fully step into my role as a full-time professional piercer.

Today, with 7+ years of hands-on experience, my role has evolved from a student of the craft to a leading industry mentor. Over my career, I have personally trained and certified 30+ professional piercers who are now successfully working in reputable studios across India. Yet, despite my years of expertise and teaching, I remain a student at heart. The world of body modification evolves constantly, and I continue to learn new techniques and refine my skills every single day.

What I Do Best

Curated ear styling is my specialty designing unique, anatomically balanced multi-piercing layouts tailored to individual ear shapes. I perform advanced body piercings with precision: septum, nostril, navel, lip, and complex cartilage piercings. I use exclusively the needle-only method with sterilized, single-use professional needles for rapid healing and minimal discomfort.

Every piercing follows strict, medical-grade sterilization and cross-contamination prevention standards. Beyond the studio, I lead hands-on training courses through our Professional Piercing Academy, building the next generation of safe, skilled Indian piercers. Whether it’s a first piercing or a complex ear anatomy challenge, I bring technical excellence and artistic vision to every piece.

My Philosophy

Piercing is far more than just pushing a needle through skin; it is a delicate blend of human anatomy, structural art, and personal transformation. I believe that a piercing should elevate a client’s confidence while respecting their body’s natural healing boundaries. Moving past the outdated, painful methods of the past to provide a safe, luxurious, and virtually painless experience is my highest priority every single day.
