1. Welcoming Clients: Greet and assist clients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere within the studio.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and clear communication with the tattoo artists. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

3. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive client relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and providing information about our services and aftercare.

4. Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, such as consent forms and client records, while maintaining confidentiality. Assist with inventory management and studio cleanliness.

5. Studio Operations: Collaborate with the tattoo artists and studio manager to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
